The Croatian coast with clear and clean sea offers a variety of beaches. Croatia has a 1777 km long coastline, 1,185 islands, islets and reefs of which 47 are populated. With a length of 5835 km, Adriatic coastline is dotted with beautiful beaches and is ideal for a perfect holiday.

Adriatic Sea has numerous islands, bays and reefs, hiding mostly stone, gravel and sandy beaches. Hotel resorts are mostly located on the coast with nice beaches. Beach Bačvice - Split:
Main beach of Split, perfect for youth and children. Awarded by the "Blue Flag“ and known for its popular game of "picigin". The game is played throughout the year and even the world championship of the game is organized on this beach. Here you can find children playgrounds, slides and inflatable castles, and for the adults there is a large number of cafes and restaurants, which during the night become a perfect place for cocktails and dancing.

Zlatni Rat - Bol (Island Brac):
A beach which also holds the title of "Blue Flag" is the most famous beach on the Adriatic coast. Because of its strangeness and beauty it is one of the most famous symbols of Croatian tourism. This phenomenon has a long pebble cape which is about thousand meters long, surrounded by crystal clear sea. The beach is unique because it changes the shape and position depending on the wind that blows. The beach Zlatni rat is an extremely attractive location for windsurfing thanks to the narrow channel of the island Hvar.

Bonj - island of Hvar:
This beach is one of 20 most beautiful European beaches according to the choice of the British Internet portal, but also the best place in the world to party according to the Huffington Post. This beach offers a breathtaking view of the islands of Paklinski, and is well known among the celebrities of the world. The beach also offers professional massages in private tents and many other catering services.

Berulija Beach and Punta Rata - Brela:
A beach with "Blue Flag" award. It consists of fine gravel and is adapted to persons with disabilities. Beach offers a restaurant, bar, showers, and a kiosque where you can buy food and drinks.

Beach Banja - Dubrovnik:
the most popular beach in Dubrovnik, primarily because of the beautiful view at the old town of Dubrovnik, its towers and walls. Nearby is the island Lokrum which can be visited by boats or by driving pedal boats. The beach offers numerous recreational and catering facilities.

Zrce - Novalja (Island Pag):
This is the nicest and most attractive beach in Novalja. The beach has the "Blue Flag" award, but is mostly famous for its clubs and parties. It offers all-day beach parties organized by the popular disco clubs Aquarius, Calypso, Papaya and many small cafes situated on the beach next to the sea.

Vela Beach Baska (Island Krk):
The most attractive beach in Kvarner. This beach is specific because of the view at the mountain Velebit which contributes to its attractiveness. It also has a „Blue Flag“ award, and includes many recreational and catering facilities.

Beach Cove Zgribnica (Island of Krk):
The beach is situated in a cove and has a "Blue Flag" award. It is ideal for relaxation and enjoyment, singles, young people, children and couples. The beach has showers, changing rooms and a restaurant.

Beach Maslinica - Rabac:
A natural beach where you can relax and enjoy without excessive noise. It is a well known surfer destination due to favorable winds. Nearby you can find the apartment complex, shops, a restaurant and a tennis club.

Vestar Bay - Rovinj:
This beach has earned the title of "Blue Flag" because of its beauty and the purity of the sea. In the bay there are many small rocky beaches that are ideal for isolation. The northern part of the bay till the Cape Baba is reserved for nudists who can choose from many small coves with rocky beaches. Nearby there is a camp where you can rent equipment for many sports and entertainment. The beach also has a bar, showers and a kiosque with food and drinks.
